CS 6211: System Design for Cloud Computing - Georgia Institute of Technology

We are a group of Georgia Tech students completing the final project for CS 6211: System Design for Cloud Computing.

What we built

This platform is an AI-focused news aggregator that collects the latest headlines and stories about artificial intelligence from across the web. Because opinions on AI are deeply divided - ranging from excitement about productivity gains to serious concerns about safety and job security - we wanted to surface that divide directly to readers.

Every article is evaluated for its sentiment and grouped with similar stories from other outlets. The result is a dashboard where readers can see, at a glance, whether coverage on any given topic skews Pro-AI, Neutral, or Against-AI. This is inspired by the approach taken by Ground News.

The goal is simple: help people discover their own reporting blind spots and understand how public sentiment around AI is evolving over time.
